Delivery Address

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. For delivery, you must provide us with a valid street address that is NOT a P.O. Box.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Consigned & Designed Furniture ships all orders within 7 business days from the date of order. If for any reason there is a delay from the factory, we will contact you by email. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery for items shipping by truck or small-package carriers. On White Glove shipments (very large and/or fragile items) please allow up to 3 weeks for transit due to the special handling required on these deliveries.

Assembly

Most items are shipped RTA (Ready to Assemble) or KD (Knocked Down). This is to ensure that your order arrives intact, and reduces the chance of damage to your product. Assembly is simplified with the use of cam locks and usually requires only a screwdriver to complete. If assembly becomes an issue for you on any product, simply contact us by phone or email and we will direct you to a local service for assistance.

Returns and Damage

At Consigned & Designed Furniture, we stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason you need to return your order, contact us within one week of receipt to review your options. All returned products must be in new condition and in the original packaging, and carry a 20% restocking charge. We will provide you with a return authorization (RMA). We cannot accept returns without this required authorization. Unauthorized returns will be non-refundable.

If your package arrives damaged, please have the carrier make a note of it on your receipt at time of delivery. Then contact us immediately. Proper notation of damage ("carton crushed", "box torn", etc.) on the delivery receipt will ensure our ability to fully refund or replace your purchase. Carrier regulations require notification within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise.

Free Lifetime Warranty

We stand by our products, therefore, everything you buy from us comes with a Free Lifetime Warranty. We pledge to repair or replace, at our option, any product or component that is defective in material or workmanship for as long as you own it. Of course, our warranty is limited to normal single-shift office conditions and excludes normal wear and tear.
